Team Pillars
These four pillars represent who we are as an organization, and what we strive to deliver every day.

Pillar #1:
WOW
We strive to be best in class in everything we do, from preparation, to practice, to competing.
We relentlessly embrace a learner mentality at every level, and try to become "better every day".
Every practice is planned to the last minute. We practice year-round in order to help our athletes meet their potential. The coaches are constantly researching new techniques, drills, and tools to help our players.

Pillar #2:
CHEER
Support. Positivity. The coaches continually praise effort and results. The team engages in multiple recognition methods designed to encourage and build confidence.
We want our players to be incredible teammates; this is one of the many aspects of softball that transfers to their future careers and lives.

Pillar #3:
CONNECT
Families, players and coaches are given opportunities to get to know each other off the field. We hope to help our families form lifelong bonds.
We partner with other coaches and players to connect our own players with new ideas, viewpoints, and resources.
We look to make positive connections in our broader community with other organizations and provide a positive impact on the sport of softball and the players, coaches and families that participate.

Pillar #4:
COMMUNICATE
Strong communication at all levels makes sure there are "no surprises" and expectations are clear. The coaches continually help players to solve issues and avoid them by using strong communication strategies.
We believe in transparency, from team decisions and other areas including finance, planning, and managing conflict.
We seek opinions and input from all of our members when making decisions, which include practice days and times, tournaments we will attend, and more.

Our Year at a glance
Our team focuses on building player's confidence and skill set. Practices are extremely important, and weekly attendance is expected. Typically, we hold practices during the school year on Sunday afternoons to allow families to travel to and from practice facilities.
